  6. My little guy's (3 yrs. old) favorite food is homemade fruit leather. He always ask for a piece before bedtime every night. =) My little girl (13 months), outside of nursing, loves avocado, but I think she always has a new favorite as she's still being introduced to new foods. lol

  12. I think this is such a great idea for a course. I think it's very important for me to teach my boys how to prepare food and that the kitchen isn't just for mama! Right now a favorite food is cornbread.

  13. My two love morning smoothies made by putting baby spinach and plain yogurt in the blender, then adding frozen fruit of their choice (usually strawberries or blueberries), add a banana and drizzle honey on top – blend and serve for some serious good fun for summer breakfast.

  18. My own girls and the children I look after all LOVE smoothies! Such an easy, healthy way to get their fruit and dairy servings in. I just throw some yogurt, a frozen fruit and any juice on hand into the blender, give it a swirl. For a special treat, we throw a touch of chocolate in with our bananas!
