Returns & Exchanges

Little Acorn Learning does not accept exchanges but we do accept some returns or replacements under the following conditions: 

Physical Products

All physical items purchased directly (not included in subscription boxes) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your order. This does not include any shipping charges or promotional discounts. Please contact us directly at info@litteacornlearning.com to plan your return. The shipping cost of physical returns will not be reimbursed. 

Any items that are returned damaged, used, or packaging is opened or not as originally mailed - Little Acorn Learning LLC reserves the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee for the item. 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital products being sent immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accommodate any returns or refunds for electronic items and curriculum purchased. Please be very careful and sure you are ordering the correct product.

Subscription Boxes and Included Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for any subscription boxes or items included in the monthly boxes. If an item is damaged, please follow the 'Damaged Items' protocol below and contact us directly for a replacement item - we cannot reimburse funds for damaged items included in subscription boxes, we can only offer a replacement. 

Damaged Items

Please be sure to very carefully inspect any items delivered to you by us within 5 business days of the receipt of the product. If your item is damaged in any way, contact us directly via email with a photo of the damage and your order number. Except for in the case of Subscription boxes or items included in such, if your item is not in working condition or is damaged, we will reimburse you for your shipping cost up to a certain threshold.
